Mystical Adventure; Magnificent Destination for History, Culture and Nature Lovers
Talas: It is an old settlement with its archaeological and historical past. It is possible to see thousands of years of cultural structures underground and above ground while visiting the district. Talas is located in the center of Cappadocia. It is known that the city has a history of 2000 years. The region came under Ottoman rule during the reign of Yavuz Sultan. Armenians, Greeks and Turks lived together in the city for centuries. As a result of the population exchange in 1915 and 1923, Armenians and Greeks left behind works.
Ağırnas is the hometown of Mimar Koca Sinan, the Chief Architect of Ottoman Architecture. He built his first work on the lands of this village. Ağırnas is a settlement center that sheds light on at least 3000 years ago with its corridors, caves and underground city ruins. In addition to the coexistence of cultures and different societies related to the history of Ağırnas, according to the Ottoman census book of 1500, 95% of the town's population consists of Greeks.
Koramaz Valley is an earthquake fault formation that curves from east to west and is approximately 12 km long. While the number of rock-carved churches identified to date is 30, the number of modern churches is 2. The vast majority of the churches are from the Byzantine period, and rare churches with unique frescoes await their guests in the valley.08.00- 08.30 Departure
